The Stalls is a summer residence located at 28 Ned’s Point Road, Mattapoisett, MA. Ned’s Point Road is a dead-end street leading to the Ned’s Point Lighthouse about a 1/2 mile walk from the house. Mattapoisett is on Buzzard's Bay between Fairhaven and Marion.

The property consists of two houses; the main one (The Stalls) is a converted horse barn. There are three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Downstairs there are three stalls with beds, a living room—dining room combination, kitchen and porch. The second property (the bungalow) has a living room—dining room-bedroom combination in one part and a kitchen and bathroom in the other part.

The Bungalow is also available for rent; $2,900 a month; $1,700 for three weeks or $1,200 for two weeks.
